Imaging Session Log Template

Over time, I've learned that good notes make better images. Not in the moment—when you're chasing photons, the last thing you want is paperwork—but later, when you're trying to remember why one night worked and another didn't.

I created this one-page template to capture everything I might need from a session: gear configuration, acquisition settings, sky conditions, and space for notes. It's designed to be printed, filled in by hand, and kept in a binder—a physical log for a hobby that's already screen-heavy enough.

If it's useful to you, feel free to download it.
